What Do You Want to Write?
You may be at the very beginning, with an unformed idea.Perhaps there's something you know, something you've lived through, or something you're passionate about that you feel drawn to share.
Your book might grow from professional expertise, years of experience in a particular field, a personal journey, a fascination with the natural world, a love of food and culture, or a story that could help others navigate challenges of their own. It may be a practical guide, a memoir, a travel narrative, a book about well-being, creativity or personal growth. You may not yet know exactly what, only that there's something you want to explore. You could also be developing an article or feature for newspapers, magazines or online publication.
I'm here to help you shape your work and develop your voice. Whether you're writing for personal fulfillment or with publication in mind, I'll support you in turning ideas into a clear, compelling piece of writing.
I can also help you navigate the publishing world: understanding what publishers are looking for, deciding whether you need an agent, identifying the right people to approach, and developing a proposal that gives your work the best chance of success.
My one-to-one coaching meets you where you are, supporting both the development of your writing and the confidence to continue.
Because writing is rarely just about writing. It's about making time for your work, overcoming self-doubt, staying accountable, trusting your voice, and giving yourself permission to take your ideas seriously.
I aim to keep my fees clear, fair, and transparent, and to offer a more direct and flexible way of working than is often possible within larger organisations. All work is one-to-one and shaped around what will be most helpful for you and your writing.
